This website belongs to H ROSTOM — Car Upholstery & Accessories in Alexandria. Using the site or ordering from it means you accept these terms and the shipping, returns, payment and privacy policies.

• A verified mobile number is required before any order is confirmed.
• Keep your device safe and never share your sign-in code.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter (address and number).

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and confirmed in the order summary before payment. If there is an obvious error in a price or availability, we tell you before confirmation and you choose to continue or cancel without any obligation.

Availability is updated continuously, and a cart does not reserve stock; items are reserved when you confirm the order.

An order is recorded when you confirm it and reviewed by our team before preparation. We may cancel an order if a product sells out or there is a payment problem, in which case everything you paid is refunded.

Payment status and preparation status are shown separately in your account.

We state each product’s fitment with the vehicle you selected: “Confirmed fit” when we have evidence, “Needs a size check” when measurements need confirming, and “Not suitable”. When there is not enough data we say “Check the size — ask us”.

If a product needs a size check, the accuracy of the measurements you send matters; we help you measure correctly.

Whether fitting is offered, its type and its cost are set per product. Fitting slots are requests that we confirm with you. We check the work with you before you take the vehicle.

A made-to-order request is neither a quote nor a booking. After review we send a written offer with specifications, price, lead time and any advance payment, and work starts only after your approval. Tailored products can be returned only if defective or different from what was agreed.

Only products you bought and received can be reviewed. Every review is checked before publication, and we reject reviews containing personal data, abuse or content unrelated to the product. We never publish fake reviews.

Images marked “Real photo” come from our showroom and work. Promotional and illustrative images (such as banners and category pictures) are not the product you will receive; the product's own photos are on its page. All site content and the H ROSTOM name and logo belong to H ROSTOM and may not be used commercially without permission.

We are committed to delivering products as described and the service we agreed. Our liability is limited to the value of the order, without reducing any right you have under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We always try to resolve any disagreement amicably first; contact us on the site’s numbers.
