How do I know a product fits my car?
Choose your car and each product will tell you: “Confirmed fit”, “Needs a size check” or “Not suitable”. If there is not enough data you will see “Check the size — ask us”; please contact us before ordering.
Is fitting free?
It depends on the product: some are fitted free at the showroom, some have a stated fee, some need an inspection, and some have no fitting. The type and cost are written on each product before you order.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is available to areas with an approved shipping rate shown at checkout. If your area is not available yet we never place an order with zero shipping — contact us and we will set the cost. You can always collect from the showroom in Smouha.
How do I follow my order?
From “My orders” in your account, where payment status and preparation status are shown separately. The tracking number appears once a real shipment is registered. You can also create a temporary tracking link to send to someone you trust.
